We do not provide financial advice ourselves and are not responsible for the advice or services provided by advisors listed on our platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Financial advisors listed on Find Advisor are independent professionals and not employees or agents of Find Advisor. We verify basic information about advisors, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by advisors or the quality of their services. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any advisor.

Some features of our Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Find Advisor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIND ADVISOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Find Advisor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Find Advisor regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
